Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for an additional charge of €20.00/night for public parking and €40.00/night for private parking.
Is the spa and pool included in the reservation?
No, these services are always charged and can be added after making a reservation. The cost is €20.00/person for adults and €12.00/person for children under 12 years old. Access lasts for 2 hours. The use of swimming cap and slippers (can be purchased on site) is mandatory. The wellness complex is open from 10:00 to 20:00, but the last access for children up to 14 years old is at 15:00.
What does ski-in ski-out mean?
Ski-in ski-out means that you can enter and leave the facility directly with skis on your feet. The slope all the way to the hotel is a red slope.
Is it always possible to reach the hotel by car?
Being at high altitude, in case of heavy snowfall it may be complicated to reach the hotel by car. In such cases, you will be able to park in the village and request free pick-up service.
Is it possible to add a crib to the room?
Yes, a crib is available for children aged 0-2 years at a cost of €20.00/night.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out services?
Early arrivals and late departures cannot be guaranteed and their possibility depends on availability. In the event that the room is not available for these needs, however, free luggage storage is always allowed at the front desk.
