Facility services
When is the pool open?
The outdoor pool follows a seasonal opening depending on temperatures and weather conditions. It is generally open from May to September. During the opening period, it is available free of charge from 9:30 to 12:45 and from 15:00 to 19:15.
When are the restaurant and bar open?
The restaurant is open for lunch from 13:00 to 14:00 and for dinner dinner from 20:00 to 21:00. On the other hand, the bar is open from 7:00 to 24:00.
What does the Club Card consist of?
The Club Card is compulsory over 4 years of age for those staying at the facility choosing a half-board or full-board rate. The Club Card includes: 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs per room, plus entertainment for adults and children, kids club for children 4-12 years old, baby parking on the beach for children 1-3 years old, and use of sports fields, canoes and pedal boats. The cost of the Club Card is €30.00/person/week, is not included in the rates and is paid upon arrival at the facility. Club Card services are instead to be purchased individually for reservations in B&B rate.
Is the beach included in the rates?
No, but it is included within the Club Card for half-board or full-board bookings. It is, however, at a fee, with price varying according to season, for guests with B&B bookings.
Is it possible to add the crib in the room?
A crib is available only in double rooms and at a cost of €15.00/night for children aged 0-2 years.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out services?
Early arrivals and late departures cannot be guaranteed and their possibility depends on availability. In the event that the room is not available for these needs, however, free luggage storage is always allowed at the front desk.
