How does self check-in work?
After booking, you will receive instructions for completing your online check-in. Once completed, your check-in will be confirmed by Hotiday and you will receive all directions on your access to the facility. Without a completed online check-in, you will not be able to access the hotel!
Is it possible to add a crib to the room?
Unfortunately, cribs and extra beds are not available at the facility.
Where can I park?
The hotel does not have private parking, but we recommend parking at the Porte Nuove Garage (for a fee), about 500 meters from the hotel.
